  Surgery  is one of the growing fields and scope of the technology consisting of a physical intervention on the tissues. Encompasses in several areas such as development of procedure is considered  surgical  when it involves cutting of a  patient's tissues or closure  of a previously sustained wound. Five billion people worldwide lack access to safe,  affordable surgical and anesthesia care . The purpose of this session is to contribute the progress of surgery by providing clinicians and researchers with an educational forum in which to share their personal experience and novel treatments and rare cases encountered by colleagues all over the world from whom contributions are welcomed. Case reports  help in developing of skills and it would be clinically interesting to an international audience of surgeons trainees and also  researchers in all  surgical subspecialties  as well as the  clinicians in related fields.

  Primary care  is the day to day healthcare given by the health care provider.  Primary care  is that care provided by the physicians specially trained for skilled in the comprehensive first contact and continuing care for persons with any  undiagnosed sign, symptom, or health concern  not limited by the problem of origin (biological, behavioral, or social), organ system, or diagnosis. A primary care  practice serves the patient's first point of entry into the health care system and the continuing focal point for all needed health care and services.  Primary care  practices provide patients with ready access to their own personal physician or an established back-up physician when the primary physician is not available. Primary care  also includes the health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and also chronic illnesses in a variety of health care settings....

  Clinical Trials & analysis  aims for the distribution and development of knowledge on all structures of test style, management, legal, moral and regulative problems,  case record style ,  information assortment , quality assurance and information auditing methodologies. It offer platform for data exchange between consultants in several disciplines associated with clinical trials, and successively advance this  field of analysis . Submissions embrace interventional trials reports, evidence-based medical analysis reports, review reports, meta-analyses, health policies, empirical studies, retrospective and prospective  studies/commentaries , and alternative clinical studies.
